PROPERTY SEARCH
There are several ways to search for property here in the "Neck"
You can click here and get all the info on the local mls system - Search Northern Neck Properties. You can also, using this feature, create an account and save searches and be put on notice when new listings show up that meet your criteria as well as other things (please note that in doing so, the form requires you enter a phone number---please note I NEVER call you unless you specifically request that I do.)

The BEST way is to send me an e-mail to LonRCrow@yahoo.com and give me a one sentence hint as to what you like. Then I can provide you all the info plus additional pics of particular properties and give you my two cents as to whether a property is a good deal or not.
But!!! Once you have a picture of the kinds of properties available in the Neck, make sure you have an "on the ground" comprehensive look at all those properties that come close to what you desire. My cients should count on at least 3 full days of looking to get that feel.

I can perform detailed searches based upon desired water depth, geographic preference, as well as any number of variables that cannot be done via other websites. Simply e-mail me using the link on this page and tell me, for example - I am a sailboater that requires 4 plus feet at mean low water or I hope to buy a powerboat with a 75 horsepower motor and I want to be next to the good fishing spots, or I want a house with a great view that is less than 5 years old. I can then e-mail details of all the property available here in the Neck, complete with pictures. If you like any particular parcel, I may have aerial photo much like that below to give a birdseye view of the area. (my house is located in the middle of this picture).
